Corporate Financing

Thomas Kramer has been appointed Managing Director of a U.S.-based family office investor, overseeing a $15 billion deployment in preferred equity investments across growth-stage companies worldwide. Under his leadership, the firm commits investments ranging from $100 million to $5 billion per company, strategically fueling high-potential businesses and driving global market expansion.


Our funding typically supports successful companies, following an IPO on a major U.S. exchange.

We specialize in high-risk opportunities and aim to develop market leaders through strategic capital injections, supporting acquisitions, and real asset development.

Partnership Approach

  • We do not seek control of the company or demand a board seat.
  •  Instead, we provide full support for dual listings, including listings in the company’s home market and the 3 major USl exchanges, such as  Wall Street.

Additional Investment Focus

  • We also invest in publicly listed companies across all sectors globally. 

Mandatory Criteria:

To qualify, a company must meet all of these conditions:

Profitability Trajectory:

  • The company must demonstrate a clear path to profitability and provide audited financial statements for the past several years.

Minimum Financial Thresholds

  • At least $1 million in cash reserves.
  • $20 million or more in revenue and/or balance sheet assets.


Management Commitment

  • Current management and ownership must commit to remaining with the company for at least 3 to 5 years.

IPO or Listing Readiness

  • The company must be open to pursuing a direct listing or reverse takeover (RTO) within the next 3 years, preferably sooner.

Investment Range

  • Our funding commitments fall within $100 million to $5 billion per company.

Real Estate Development

Financing:

  • We finance real estate projects globally, starting at $50 million, though in some cases, we may consider lower investment sizes.  
  • The local partner must contribute at least 20% of the required amount, which must be deposited into a joint bank account in Dubai to unlock the remaining 80% - 90% of the financing.

Investor Sourcing

  • We leverage my extensive network to identify potential investors for your business. For this service, we require an upfront, non-refundable retainer of  €50,000. 
  •  This fee covers the KYC process and  enables my team to conduct a thorough review of your project details,ensuring it is presented      professionally, credibly and effectively to potential partners.
